Managing Your Cult
The only way to become more powerful in Cult Of The Lamb is to nurture your Followers intoloyal, unquestioning fanatics. Preaching sermons and issuing new Doctrines will make it easier to expand your influence by unlocking new buildings, interactions, and even combat abilities!
Combat & Crusades
Crusades boil down to endurance runs; the challenge is to fight your way through a dungeon full of enemies with limited health and only the equipment you find along the way. You'll occasionally get a choice of upgrades, and picking the ones that suit your playstyle while also providing the most benefit is key to success.

Even when you're not on crusade, there's plenty to explore in the area around your cult's village. Interacting with the locals can unlock useful rewards, such as new Fleeces which will alter your combat abilities. There are also dozens of cosmetic items to find for your Followers!
