The teenager accused of murdering 10 people in a 'racist hate crime ' after firing a barrage of 50 shots at a supermarket in upstate New York conducted 'reconnaissance' at the store before carrying out his attack. Shonnell Teague, manager of Tops Friendly Market in Buffalo, claims suspected gunman Payton Gendron visited the store on Friday while disguised as a homeless person. 'He was acting like he was homeless and needed change,' Teague said. 'He really was checking out the store.' Buffalo Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia confirmed the allegations, noting Gendron, 18, who lives nearly 200 miles away from Buffalo made multiple stops in the area the day before the massacre. The teenager admitted that he was targeting the black community when he carried out the massacre, authorities said. Erie County District Attorney John Flynn revealed Sunday night that officials are considering charging Gendron with domestic terrorism. Gendron pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder following Saturday's attack. He is being held without bail and faces life in prison. The alleged killer, who is due back in court on Thursday, is currently on suicide watch after he 'put the gun under his chin' as though to shoot himself following Saturday's attack. Officers managed to 'talk him down' and arrest him. Gendron is being held in a separate unit from other inmates.

Pro-abortion activist group Ruth Sent Us that targeted SCOTUS justices' homes is BANNED from TikTok after post calling Catholic church 'an institution for the enslavement of women'

The group Ruth Sent Us - in reference to late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg - announced the ban on a backup TikTok account Saturday. Ruth Sent Us has caused controversy several times, protesting at churches and at the homes of the current Supreme Court justices to protest the impending opinion that will overturn Roe v. Wade. 'Your account was permanently banned due to multiple violations of our Community Guidelines,' a screenshot posted Saturday by the 'backup' account called Ruth Sent U says. The group's most recent TikTok video showed activists in red capes, similar to the characters in Margaret Atwood's dystopian novel The Handmaid's Tale, protesting in front of a Catholic church, eventually walking in and disrupting services. 'For 2,000 years the Catholic Church has been an institution for the enslavement of women,' one of the protesters says in the video.

Fauci laughs as he says he would likely RESIGN if Trump were re-elected while blasting the former president's response to COVID as 'less than optimal'

Speaking to CNN 's Jim Acosta on Sunday, America's top infectious disease expert teased he would likely resign before serving as an advisor to Trump again. Biden's Chief Medical Advisor and the 45th POTUS have a history of impasses. Fauci was sidelined by the Trump White House, rarely appearing in press briefings and kept from doing interviews with major news outlets. He spread his message about COVID through local news interviews and podcasts. Meanwhile, Trump made his displeasure with Fauci known, called him an 'idiot', and publicly mulled firing him - although that would have been difficult as Fauci is a career federal employee. Fauci, 82, has been the director of the National Institute of Allergies and Infectious Diseases since 1984. He was appointed as Chief Medical Advisor to the Biden administration in 2021. Fauci has spent decades advising U.S. presidents on disease outbreaks and became a known public figure during the outbreak of the AIDS epidemic.

ANDREW MORTON: The Queen ordered a pot of tea but never touched a drop as she, Prince Philip and Prince Charles paced the tartan-carpeted corridor, wondering what should be done. When news of Diana's death came through, Charles wept, saying over and over: 'What have we done to deserve this?' His first instincts were about how the public would blame him for the tragedy - an assumption that was largely accurate. He discussed the issue at length with his lover, Camilla Parker Bowles, who was at her Wiltshire home. Meanwhile, the Queen wisely ordered the removal of the radio and television from the boys' nursery. She did not want the princes to hear about the news from anyone but their father. From now on, William and Harry would be her priority. Prince Charles woke 15-year-old William at 7.15am and told him of his mother's death. 'I knew something was wrong,' William later recalled. NYPD cop guns down armed shooter, 51, who fired an airsoft pistol at plainclothes officer following argument in the Bronx

This is the moment that plainclothes NYPD officers shot and killed a man who allegedly fired an airsoft gun at them in the Bronx Friday night. Surveillance footage shows the unidentified man, 51, walking down the sidewalk with a weapon in his hand at about 7pm. The man was carrying an airsoft pistol, which fire plastic pellets using a gas, spring or electrical system and are usually used for sport, target practice or paintball gaming. A plainclothes officer approaches from behind an outdoor seating area and appears to yell something while pointing his gun, according to video obtained by the New York Post. The man, who appears to have been startled by someone off camera, runs toward the officer and quickly collapses on the sidewalk. He pushes his weapon away from him as two other cops swarm in. He was shot five times in the torso. Eyewitnesses say police tried resuscitating the man on the scene. He was taken to Lincoln Hospital, where he died of his injuries.
